REFUND POLICY AND
NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Upon Purchase

By purchasing any product, program, or service from Fix My Crew, MELTON · SET THE STANDARD, or Mike Melton (collectively "Fix My Crew"), you agree to the following terms in full.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through fixmycrew.com or any associated checkout system are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • • Failure to complete program work
  • • Missed coaching calls or sessions
  • • Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes
  • • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • • Change in personal, financial, or business circumstances
  • • Inability to access content due to technical issues on the buyer's end
  • • Disagreement with coaching advice or methodology

2. COACHING OUTCOMES DEPEND ON PARTICIPATION

Fix My Crew is a coaching program. Results are produced by the client doing the work. Fix My Crew does not and cannot guarantee any specific financial, operational, or business outcome. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • • Outcomes depend on your effort, your execution, and your willingness to implement the work
  • • Results vary by individual, by shop, by market, and by circumstances
  • • No client testimonials or examples cited on this site should be construed as a guarantee or promise of similar results
  • • Fix My Crew provides knowledge, frameworks, and accountability. The client provides the action

3. THE MIKE MELTON GUARANTEE (WHERE OFFERED)

For specific programs that include the Mike Melton Guarantee (currently The Kill Shot 6-week program and the 12-Week Program), the guarantee is fulfilled through extended coaching access, not through monetary refund. If you do the work and your numbers do not move within the stated timeframe, Mike Melton will continue working with you at no additional cost until they do.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must demonstrate completion of all assigned work, attendance at all scheduled coaching calls, and good-faith implementation of recommendations.

4. NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request through your credit card company, bank, or any third-party payment processor.

You agree that any dispute or concern will first be resolved through direct, good-faith communication with the Fix My Crew team via email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through Fix My Crew constitutes:

  • • Immediate termination of all program access and benefits
  • • Liability for all chargeback fees, processing costs, and attorney fees
  • • Pursuit of any unpaid balance plus damages through collections and/or legal action
  • • Permanent ban from any future Fix My Crew products or services

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state of North Carolina. By purchasing, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By clicking "Purchase," "Buy Now," "Start The War," "Pull The Trigger," "Book The Strategy Hour," or any equivalent purchase confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and No Chargeback Agreement in full.
